The Constantine Group is an ensemble of companies that provide turnkey engineering, management, and construction services for utility, municipal, industrial, federal, state, and commercial clients throughout the Southeast, focusing on water, wastewater, and related services.

Constantine Engineering, Inc. (CEI) provides a broad range of services in markets that include natural gas utility work, potable water engineering, wastewater engineering, utility master planning, capital improvement program management, subsurface utility engineering, electrical engineering, modeling and software solutions, GIS mapping, public works, industrial process design, and emergency response work.

Our professionals have planned, designed, permitted, constructed and operated many of the most critical water, wastewater, and sewer facilities implemented in the Southeastern U.S. in the past 25 years.  Today our clients face common challenges with the need for exceptional customer service coupled with greater accountability, stricter regulations, staffing challenges, exposure to new technologies, and shrinking budgets.  Most importantly, because of the experience level of our key staff members, we are able to immediately engage and provide innovative solutions without the research and analysis that it may take other firms.

Constantine Constructors, Inc. (CCI) is a full-service utility construction company designed to support our water and wastewater, civil sitework, public works, general commercial/industrial buildings, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), and alternative project delivery (such as design-build) project needs. CCI is licensed as a general contractor in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Alabama.

We can take any public works and utility project (including civil sitework, roads and parking, building structures, concrete structures, process equipment, piping, valves, etc.) from concept through planning, financing, design, construction, start-up and training. Whether Constantine Constructors builds the project or provides expertise for an alternative to traditional design-bid-build projects, our experience as a licensed contractor provides our clients with an invaluable resource.

Constantine Management, Inc. (CMI)  is an ownership/operations/management entity that allows for flexible and innovative contracting solutions.

The Constantine Group was founded in 2002 to fill a gap in the municipal utility market – providing superior technical expertise while working in partnership with our clients to
focus on their individual needs. The 2009 acquisition of the like-minded firm, ADL Engineering (founded in 1993), allows Constantine to provide a broad range of engineering services for clients throughout the Southeast, including Potable Water Engineering, Wastewater Engineering, Utility Master Planning, Capital Improvement Program Management, Subsurface Utility Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Modeling and Software Solutions, GIS Mapping, Natural Gas Utility Work, Public Works, Industrial Process Design, and Emergency Response Work. Growing quickly, Constantine expanded to include Construction and Management services. To maintain our spirit of partnership, Constantine has established offices convenient to our clients throughout the Southeast in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Much of our success stems from our personal commitment, passion, and incentive to attain a vital goal: to take personal ownership in our clients’ challenges.  This personal commitment drives us to cultivate open and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and key teaming partners, essentially becoming a seamless extension of their organization.

Constantine professionals focus on our clients’ needs, wants, and goals throughout the duration of our projects.  We highly value building a partnership around meaningful and continuous client input. Using this approach, Constantine develops optimal solutions to issues facing our client’s infrastructure, without losing sight of cost, reliability, and schedule.

Our unique combination of personal commitment and industry knowledge has allowed us to provide the responsive service and quality work products that our clients expect from their partner.
