Constantine Engineering provided stormwater design as part of their engineering services for the Design-Build project for a 0.1 million-gallon-per-day (mgd) biological nutrient removal (BNR) facility capable of expansion to 1.0 mgd.  The stormwater design included surface collection and stormwater management and treatment features for an approximately 17.75-acre site.  The design accommodated full build-out of the site.  Pre- and post-development hydraulic modeling was performed to size the 0.25-acre stormwater detention pond per local and state regulations.  Hydraulic modeling was performed to size 575-linear feet of RCP surface collection piping and seven inlets per local and state regulations.
